The Panel was requested to determine an application for the grant of a Premises Licence for Park Garage Group Plc, 3 Headley Parade, Langley Vale Road, KT18 6AP made under the Licensing Act 2003.

One objection to the licence application had been received from a local resident on the grounds of public nuisance. No representations had been received from any Responsible Authority.

It was noted that in addition to the agenda papers, an additional supplement containing supporting information from the applicant had been circulated to the Panel, applicant and objector in advance of the hearing.

It was noted that the objector was not in attendance at the meeting and had not responded to communications from officers with regard to it.

A verbal representation was received by the Panel from the applicants, which set out their experience, background and operating procedures. The applicant informed the Panel that they had attempted to contact the objector to discuss the matters raised in their objection, but had not received any response. 

Following consideration of the written and verbal representations made, the panel RESOLVED:

(1)          To grant the license as detailed in the application.
