Following consideration, it was resolved:
That the Committee:
(1) Had reviewed the SOLACE report and approved the proposed changes to Grades 2 and 3 of the Council’s pay structure (Option 5 as shown in paragraph 3.9 of the report).
and
(2) Supported the use of up £16,190 of the corporate contingency to fund the changes, with effect from 1 April 2020.
