Following consideration, the Committee unanimously resolved to:

(1)      Approve the following draft schedule of meetings for the municipal year 2024/25:

a)    Monday 17^th June 2024, 10:00

b)   Monday 14^th October 2024, 10:00

c)    Monday 20^th January 2025, 10:00

d)   Monday 24^th March 2025, 10:00
