The Sub-Committee is asked to confirm as a true record the Minutes of the Meeting of the Sub-Committee held on 17 January 2024 (attached) and to authorise the Chair to sign them.

Decision:

The Committee confirmed the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 17 January 2024 as a true record and authorised the Chair to sign them.

 

Minutes:

With respect to Agenda Item 3 – Minutes of the Previous Meeting – the Committee noted a typing error on page 3 of the agenda pack and sought clarification on the matter. The error was as follows:

The Chair confirmed that the Crime & Disorder Committee was indeed a Committee and not a Sub-Committee.

Following this clarification, the Committee confirmed the minutes of the meeting of the Committee held on 17 January 2024 as a true record and authorised the Chair to sign them.
