To agree the appointment of Members and a Chair to the Shareholder Sub Committee for the remaining period of the 2026-27 Municipal Year.

Decision:

Following consideration, the Committee unanimously resolved to:

(1)            Appoint the following Members and Chair for the Shareholder Sub Committee: Councillors Neil Dallen (Chair), John Beckett, Kate Chinn Alex Coley and Hannah Dalton.

Minutes:

The Chair returned to the meeting prior to this item being considered by the Committee and chaired the meeting for the remaining items on the agenda.

The committee received a report asking it to agree the appointment of Members and a Chair to the Shareholder Sub Committee for the remaining period of the 2026-27 Municipal Year.

The Chair informed the committee that the nomination for the appointment of Councillor Shanice Goldman had been withdrawn and that accordingly a vote to select the members to be put forward for appointment was not required.

Following consideration, the Committee unanimously resolved to:

(1)            Appoint the following Members and Chair for the Shareholder Sub Committee: Councillors Neil Dallen (Chair), John Beckett, Kate Chinn, Alex Coley and Hannah Dalton.
