To agree the appointment of Members and a Chair to the Shareholder Sub Committee for the remaining period of the 2026-27 Municipal Year.

Decision:

Following consideration, the Committee unanimously resolved to:

(1)            Appoint the following Members and Chair for the Shareholder Sub Committee: Councillors Neil Dallen (Chair), John Beckett, Kate Chinn Alex Coley and Hannah Dalton.
