Issue - meetings

The Committee is asked to confirm as a true record the Minutes of the inaugural Meeting of the Committee held on 20 May 2026 (attached) and to authorise the Chair to sign them.

The Minutes of the inaugural meeting of the Committee on 20 May 2026 were agreed as a true record and the Chair was authorised to sign them, subject to the following amendments:

·                That Councillor Fran Fish be recorded as being present.

·                That a correction to Councillor Joshua Lambert’s name be included.
