It is suggested that the Conservators agree the dates of all normal meetings to be held in 2017, and that these be held on:

Wednesday 19 April 2017 at 18.00 hours
Wednesday 14 June 2017 at 18.00 hours
Wednesday 4 October 2017 at 18.00 hours
