Minutes:
The Committee received a report presenting the Joint Management Committee’s final accounts for the financial year 2021/22.
The Committee received a verbal introduction from the Head of Finance.
The following matters were considered by the Committee:
a) Memorial benches: Following a question from a Member, it was noted that rules are in place surrounding the placement of paraphernalia on the benches.
b) Occupation of Flat 3: Following a question from a Member, the Head of Property and Regeneration informed the Committee that Flat 3 was occupied and leased to the council.
Following consideration, the Committee unanimously resolved to:
(1) Receive the final accounts for 2021/22
