1.	Declarations of Interest View the background to item 1. To receive declarations of any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests or other registrable or non-registrable interests from Members in respect of any item to be considered at the meeting.
2.	Minutes of the Previous Meeting PDF 272 KB View the background to item 2. The Panel is asked to confirm as a true record the Minutes of the Meeting of the Panel held on 17 July 2024 (attached) and to authorise the Chair to sign them.
3.	Mary Frances Trust The Panel shall receive a presentation on services available in Epsom & Ewell and the new Safe Harbour service. Invited Speakers: - Ashleigh Balme, Team Manager – Community Connections - Liz Wilson, Safe Harbour Manager
4.	Active Surrey Discussion Paper PDF 610 KB The Panel shall consider a discussion paper regarding Active Surrey’s Surrey-wide initiatives.
5.	GESH letter on Interstitial Lung Disease PDF 133 KB The Panel shall receive, note and discuss a letter provided by St George’s Epsom and St Helier (GESH) University Hospitals and Health Group, regarding the care of patients with Interstitial Lung Disease (ILD) at St Helier hospital. The late item has been published further to the Chair of the Health Liaison Panel being of the opinion that it should be considered at the meeting as a matter of urgency in accordance with Appendix 5, CPR 3.7 of the Epsom & Ewell Borough Council Constitution, and s.100B(4)(b) of the Local Government Act 1972.
