The Committee is asked to confirm as a true record the Minutes of the Meeting of the Committee held on 19 January 2026 (attached) and to authorise the Chair to sign them.

This report provides an update to the Committee regarding the signing of probate/administration papers in relation to a gift to Nonsuch Park.

The Interim Assistant Head of Service (Streetcare) shall provide the Committee with a verbal update on matters arising in the Park:

-       Dog Walking Licensing Scheme

-       Installation of Height Restriction Barriers

-       Trim Trail

-       Donation Units

-       Other matters
