Questions and statements from the public are
not permitted at meetings of this Sub-Committee. Any questions
relating to the Terms of Reference of the Standards and the
Constitution Committee can be directed to that Committee.
Annex 4.2 of the Epsom & Ewell Borough Council Operating
Framework sets out the procedure for the submission of public
questions and statements.
