The Committee:
Agreed that either Councillor Tella Wormington or Councillor Tony Axelrod would be permitted to substitute for Councillor Neil Dallen on the Parking Working Group and that the Vice Chairman of the Environment Committee would be permitted to attend the Working Group, whether in substitution for the Chairman or otherwise.
