With effect from the 1 October 2016 Surrey
County Council will cease to provide Free Telecare to the Borough
and Districts. This report is to request that we can implement a
new payment method in the fees & Charges 2016/17 to new clients
from 1 October 2016. Also to switch any existing clients to the new
payment method once their existing Telecare equipment ceases to
operate or needs upgrading.
