- Councillor Neil Dallen MBE - Other Interest - In the interest of transparency, Councillor Neil Dallen wished to state, with respect to the fact that the land on which hobbledown is located is owned by the Council, that he was the Chair of the Strategy and Resources Committee. He stated that he maintained an open mind.
